Update 82.0.1 Release Notes

Here are the release notes for Update 82.0.1, released on Friday, October 16th, 2026.

News and Notes:

• Escher now allows all players to enter The Court of Strahd event quest in Korthos, Delera's, and Eveningstar.

• We have adjusted the level threshold for Lantern durability in Epic and Legendary difficulty quests. In Epic and Legendary difficulty you must be closer than six levels over the base level of the quest to earn Lantern durability.

• Divine Punishment monster damage has been reduced to be slightly less than the other dots (as light absorb is not as common.)

• Horizon Walker's no missed step should now have a chance to recharge on vorpal hits again.

• Fixed some "tbd" text in Zeanna's dialog.

• Warlock Consume spell:

  • The consume ability will now work when you first take it.

  • Cooldown reduced to start dot cooldown (6 seconds)

  • Fixed one of the upgrades to stack sizes in the tree not being respected so max stack size 6 is now supported (text was originally a change in damage)
