Dungeons & Dragons Online's 20th Anniversary Token Reward List!

With the release of Update 78: Natural 20 on February 25th, 2026 every character on every server will get a token in their inventory when they first log in that can be exchanged for an item from an incredible list of named items! Tokens will appear through March 31st, 2026. Take your 20th Anniversary Token to Miina d'Kundarak located at Anniversary Island to exchange the Token for a reward!

The 20th Anniversary Token can only be redeemed for a reward while the 20th Anniversary Event is active. The 20th Anniversary Event will be active through March 31st, 2026. You can access Anniversary Island by speaking with Fred in House Jorasco or in House Phiarlan by the 10th Anniversary Event. Each Token and every item in the list is Bound to Character. Note: These items cannot be deconstructed into Sentient XP nor used for Augment crafting. See the full list below!
