Year of the Dragon – September!

Starting on Wednesday, September 25th through October 29th, 2024, all players can speak to Xatheral in the Eberron Hall of Heroes to get the Prismatic Dragon Armor, Helm, and Cloak unlocked for your account. Then, speak to Estraz located next to Xatheral to acquire the items on any character on that account immediately or in the future. The Prismatic Dragon Armor, Helm, and Cloak are all Bound to Account.
