Where is Makraal located?
Makraal is located in the Clifftop District of Sharn near the Airship to Morgrave University. Makraal is a Dragonborn. You may speak with Makraal at any time to claim your Vecna Unleashed purchase items.
How many quests, raids, and such are in Vecna Unleashed?
Vecna Unleashed includes 13 quests, 1 raid, and a public area. The raid will be available a short time after the release of Vecna Unleashed.
Is the Vaunt Arcane Assistant 2.0 Sentient Jewel 1/character or 1/account?
I misplaced my cosmetics. How do I get more?
You can re-acquire items associated with your purchase by speaking to Makraal.
Do I need to speak to someone to acquire my creature companions and steeds?
No! Creature Companions and Steeds are automatically delivered to the Creature Companion and Mount stables with your purchase.
What level are the Wererat Rogue Hirelings?
The Heroic Wererat Rogue is level 18, and the Legendary Wererat Rogue is level 32.
Is the additional Character Bank space available to only one character?
Yes, make sure to claim the 20 Character Bank slots on the character you wish to acquire the space for.
Is the Monster Manual 9 available on every character on my account?
Yes!
Is the Machrotechnic Epic Destiny available on every character on my account?
Yes! You need to be level 20 in order to begin your Epic Destiny selection.
What do I need to do to access the Machrotechnic Epic Destiny on my character?
Travel to the Junction of the Spheres and acquire the Machrotechnic Epic Destiny by speaking with Edmund in the Arcane Sphere.
