Random items that recently lost their background item scaling values have gained item scaling values back, which should restore effects on those items to level-appropriate values.

The Axe crest in "For Want of a Heart" once again appears in the correct location and once again counts for quest completion.

Quest Blood Pact - fixed a barrier that refused to drop and prevented End Fight completion.

Quest Fetid Wedding - fixed an issue with a optional chest not dropping it's barrier. It no longer uses a barrier, now it just unlocks.
