Once I purchase the expansion where do I go to claim my stuff?
Once purchased, you can claim your in-game items by speaking with a Dragonborn NPC named Naarell, who is located in the Eberron Hall of Heroes and in Eveningstar in the Forgotten Realms near the burned temple. You can speak to this NPC to claim your one-time-delivery items in addition to items that can be reacquired whenever you wish. You may speak with Naarell at any time to claim your items as well. If you are claiming a one-time-delivery item make sure to claim this item on the character and server of your choice.
Is the Duergar free to VIPs?
The Duergar race is free to VIPs.
Is the Iconic Duergar Mindcleaver free to VIPs?
No, the Iconic Duergar Mindcleaver is not included in your subscription.
Are the character slots included in my expansion purchase available on every game world?
Yes. These slots increase your total number of slots on a per-game-world basis.
Is the Character Bank space in the Ultimate Edition available only to one character on my account?
Yes. Make sure to claim this benefit on the character and game world you wish to apply the Character Bank Space to.
How many quests are in Terror of Demogorgon?
Terror of Demogorgon will feature 13 new quests.
I misplaced my cosmetics. How do I get more?

No! Creature Companions and Steeds are automatically delivered to the Creature Companion and Mount stables with your purchase.

The Terror of Demogorgon quests are level 11 on Heroic difficulty and level 37 on Legendary difficulty.
What is the Abyssal Door Teleportation Style?
The Abyssal Door Teleportation Style conjures a portal of swirling fiendish energy every time you recall or teleport. This animation can be toggled on and off through a Feat you acquire when you acquire the teleportation style.
What is the binding status of the Gargantuan Collectables Bag?
The Gargantuan Collectables Bag is Bound to Character. You may claim one of these per account. Speak to Naarell, as explained above, on the character you wish to receive the bag.
