All other content and items will be delivered on day of launch, April 30, 2019. In the event of delay, you will receive the expansion content and items no later than May 30th, 2019.

How do I add the expansion to my existing DDO account?

After purchasing the expansion, a product key code will be sent to the email address you used when completing your purchase. Log into the game and redeem your code in the DDO Store. You can apply your product key at any time before, during, or after Masterminds of Sharn launch.

Special Note: Your Sharn Supplies will be delivered one time to the character/server that you are logged into when you redeem your code, and are Bound To Account. For Ultimate Fan and Collector's edition, additionally your Extra Dimensional Bag will be delivered one time to the character/server that you are logged into when you redeem your code.

What content is included in Masterminds of Sharn?

There are 16 dungeons, 1 landscape, 1 raid to start and a bonus raid that will come out after launch!

Am I allowed to give my Sharn Supplies or Extra Dimensional bag to a friend?

No, the Sharn Supplies and Extra Dimensional bag will be immediately delivered to the account/character that redeems the Masterminds of Sharn product key code. Limit one Extra Dimensional Augment Bag per account.

What goes inside an Extra Dimensional Augment Bag and how many can it hold?

Extra Dimensional Augment Bags can hold augments and filigree. The Dimensional sized bag can hold 500 unique items, and each stack can go up to 100.

If I don’t pre-purchase the expansion, can I still buy the expansion bonus items at a later time?

At this time, the Standard Edition, Collector’s Edition, and Ultimate Fan Bundle will remain available after theMasterminds of Sharn launch day.

While the expansions will still be available in the DDO Market, please note that not all expansion bonus items will be available to purchase through the DDO Store for store points.

What is a Universal Enhancement Tree Point Tome?

Gives an extra action point to spend on any universal enhancement tree (excludes racial and class trees).

I pre-purchased the expansion but I didn’t get a product key, where is it?

Your product key will be sent to the email address you used when completing your purchase. Remember to check your Spam / Junk mail folders.

What’s new about the Tiefling Race?

The new playable race in DDO comes with its very own unique appearance, race tree, bonuses, and racial feats. The race is available in every bundle option for the expansion. This unlocks the race on your whole account.
