Since friday I have not been able to log on to the server I have all my high levlel characters on. There error I get is "cleaning up old connection" and I get locked there. I have reinstalled the game. I can log on to any other server except the server that all my high level characters have been on. I have talked to GM's and senior GM's and the best they can tell me is wait till monday when tech support is available. Why isn't tech support available on the weekends during peak activity. Not only that during DDO's anniversary special. Bottom line for all of you who play DDO don't expect tech support to be there to help you when you really need. I got screwed out of this anniversary weekend. Thanks for nothing.
