    Lifedrinker - Seems incredibly weak for 20/30. 25 temp HP on a vorpal? That should be on the heroic, and bump up a LOT at higher levels. Like 100/150

    Puncturing/Wounding - Are monster stats being lowered as part of the difficulty adjustment? Right now, stat damage is pretty pointless, MAYBE if you're running on normal, but monsters heal/die too fast for it to really have any effect.

    Vampirism - Has been junk ever since it had the internal timer added (1 second?). Need to modify it to give a mark of vampirism (like monk's fist of light) so that it will go off your attack speed and not suck in reaper.

    Other than that looks good, I like the bane staff, always like new/interesting effects.

    I don't generally concern myself with what items are available or what effects they have on them, and am often more concerned with the appearance of such items or fairness such as if there is an acid item there should be an electric item or if there is heavy armor there ought to be a robe choice, etc. And thankfully such even handedness rarely needs a comment.

    However, I would like to make one request... I would like to request a melee quarterstaff with the appearance of a Fishing Pole. Please.

    Goldcursed: can you make sure its it Adamantine flagged, so that it bypasses the DR of the mobs that it curses? Assuming its mechanically related to Goldskin, which is 30/Adamantine. Its not as big a deal for the L20/30 versions since you could be expected to deal with DRs like that at those levels...but the L3 version could become a n00b trap if it ends up rendering mobs functionally unkillable. The curse is supposed to be on them, not on you

    Guard effects? Are we still doing those? Why are they any more valuable now than they were when they were deprecated?

    On Lamland there is a rune arm, but looks like only the heroic version made it in so probably wait for next preview.

    There's a whole bunch of minor artefacts on lamland not listed btw, one per ability like the Gatekeeper pack. They look pretty cool and have some interesting combinations, which is a nice change from artefacts aimed at the "core" builds for that ability (cha paladins or healers, wis healers, int wizards, etc).

    We really don't need another set of bracers that provide Devotion and Healing Lore. Insightful Devotion is extremely rare - please consider going down that path instead, and on a different item type.

    I would also really like to see a viable Light Pick and Light Mace added for some additional Swashbuckler and/or Weapon Finesse options.

    Some of the scaling seems off.

    1. Do you intend these items with ability bonuses to only be as good as cannith crafting at level 20 and less than cannith crafting at level 30?

    2. Goldcurse This weapon applies a dangerous, golden curse to enemies struck! They must succeed on a DC 17/25/100 Fortitude save on each hit or be paralyzed by solid gold.
    -- 17 at level 3 is amazing.
    -- 25 from level 20-29 is useless
    -- 100 at level 30 might be on the d20 dice roll. Might not.

    I would recommend 13 for the level 3 weapon. 50+(5*epic level) for the level 20 item. 125+(5*legendary level) for the level 30 item. Without raising the DCs you are fishing for the mobs to roll a 1 and might as well make it a flat 5% chance to apply.

    3. level 29 weapons are already running 9d6 on hit and 9d6 or 9d10 bane or crit damage. 6d6 on the new weapons seems low. I am not saying you need to make better weapons, but, and I may be missing something, these seem too low to bother with.
