Cloak Clipping on Half-Orc after update?

Anyone else notice a change in cloaks after the update?

On my half-orc, cloaks now get clipped by the shoulders. The cloaks look like they are coming out below the shoulder blades.

Before the update, my cloak looked fine.

Yes, we have identified an issue that is making cloaks display improperly on half orc male characters. We expect to correct this in the near future.
