Expected wait time for a guild name change?

Howdy,

I have had a guild name change in for some time now on Sarlona. The ticket tracker keeps saying the wait time are between 11 hours and a day or so but my ticket is not being actioned? I'ts been roughly two weeks.

I purchased something in the store specifically so I can get this, I'd be grateful if you action it.

For those interested, the answer in my case, seemed to be about two weeks.
