3rd life on Dwarf race did not work - 158073

I have sent two emails to support about an issue that I faced doing a Racial TR.

Problem:
I was on the road for a Dwarf Past Life III, I did this while playing with Aasimar race.

• I used an Heroic Otto's Box and a Epic Otto's Box, got all the way to 30.
• Bought the "Wish for Dwarf Memories" from the store
• Used the Wish
• Performed Epic TR
• Performed a Racial TR

When got back to level 1 and checking my feats, I noticed that I do not have Dwarf III feat
I logged out, logged back in, same issue.

I raised a in game support request and got no response.
Then I raised a support request through the support standingstones page, got a response that I could provide more information, etc., later that day I logged and review my ddo points history and found out that I have a refund of 995 points under the concept of "CS Refund"

While I do appreciate this I do not think that's the proper fix to my problem, since I did the process correctly yet I did not got the feat, and as mentioned in my previous email I spent much more resources than just the Wish for Dwarf Memories.

If a reimbursement of items is in place, then I think it is only fair to include both Otto's boxes (Heroic and Epic normal one) that I spent, Heart of True Blue and Epic Heart of Wood.

I am pretty sure you can check my character history to validate this.

At this point, I request an escalation to my issue since it seems CS does not have the authority to fix my problem or there's a lack of understanding of my issue, even though I have explained the very same info as in here on previous communications.

Performing the Epic TR before the Racial TR removed your Wish for Memory.

No, that message is very clear, I would NOT have done what I did if I have seen such message.
