Are you gonna fix the lightning water in Black and Blue?

Ever since U47 when spell absorb was silently nerfed from working on electrified floors, the lightning water in Black and Blue doesn't do any damage. It makes for a rather boring quest without it.

You sure about that? I recently ran it and half my group died from taking one step on it. Could possibly have been a glitch. The lightning in there is very strong from what I've seen.

Pretty sure this only works on Heroic but not Epic, kind of like the Fleshshaper quest can't be soloed without hirelings and what not on Heroic but can be on Epic. Running it on Epic, I never see the lightening damage from the water and just run through it.
That said, I have had the dragon hit me for 2k acid damage before on Epic Elite, so maybe tone down the acid ball he spits so it doesn't just one shot you and add back in the lightening damage for the floor.

It has nothing to do with that. The water is bugged and does nothing in heroic, but functions properly in epic

The electrified water does zero damage in legendary R10.

The electrified floor in Blown Deadline also deals zero damage.

I did heroic elite B&B about a month ago, and touching the water was instant death.
