    I don’t know if it’s because they’re ultra lazy with problem solving, or if they simply no longer have the required brain power, but nearly every major decision SSG has made over the last couple of years has been in the wrong direction.

    I am talking about 2 things to help solve Klarnar's issue:

    1) Misunderstanding with users who cannot buy anything from the new store because of limitations of 3rd party company who provides billing - must be fixed urgently, techsupport must react on that issues less formal and more quickly. Leave the weighty legacy of Turbine behind, I believe that as a new company SSG can treat users better than Turbine did (in terms of support)

    2) Ability to buy anything as a gift must be returned into store

    Same here.

    I can't buy anything from the DDO Store for 6 years already, since they've switched to Xsolla. But I still could use DDO Market. Now that option gone too. Nice move, SSG. Can't imagine how it would help you though...

    I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this issue with the new store. I am a recently returned player. I purchased the Mastermind of Sharn ultimate bundle yesterday. I signed in with my main character and had the ticket/bundle package to open. When i did I noticed i did not receive the Dimensional bag, astral shards, or the two different sets of potions. Everything else was there. I put in the ticket and am still waiting to hear back from support.

    Originally this was a code that was given out. Don't know how they are handling it now with the store change.

    I checked the status of my support ticket. It was changed to a solved status with no comments or feedback provided to me. I had to reopen it.

    Let’s make a couple of things perfectly clear here:

    1. I’ve been playing this game for much longer than the join date on this account belies, and it’s a super safe bet that I’ve thrown far more money at this game than you have.

    2. ALL of my gripes about SSG’s complete and utter ineptitude in everything they do are so well founded, even the BBB gives them a failing grade...which is super hard to do.

    Where has the time-limited subsciption gone ?

    I don't want to subscribe continously, and I don't want to have to cancel subscriptions. I want a subscription that ends at a clearly defined point.
    There was a thing like that in the DDO Market [ 2 months ] but I can't find it right now. Is it completely gone or am I merely too blind to see it ?

    I suppose it helps weed out "undesirable", "second-class country" players for them.

    Well what can I say, it's working real well, with no way to buy new content or a VIP subscription, I've no desire to play the game in the near future, until / unless they fix it.

    Eh, I live is the US, and the DDO market is not working for me either. It always just makes a $0.00 purchase to my credit card, and then tells me I already own it (It being the Feywild Ultimate Fan Bundle). I was planning on buying 2 of those, but now I guess not. The last time I tried in game ddo store purchase of points, it worked fine, but I don't honestly remember whether that was before they broke the store.

    Welp, guess I'll save a bunch of money this year, so not all bad, I suppose.

    EDIT: I guess I should add that I submitted a ticket on this, and last I heard, it was being "forwarded to the team that could help me". That was quite a while ago, though.
