    We apologize for the recent server instability you have experienced as we worked to resolve issues outside of our control in the data center and other environments. As an appreciation for your patience you can redeem the following item using the code SOV2POT in the DDO Store: Sovereign II Experience Elixir. This coupon code will be available to redeem once per Account through August 8th, 2020.

    We will have more information about a VIP subscription extension in the near future. That information will be posted into this thread, in addition to this original post. We are working to finalize this information at this time.

    UPDATE: We will be granting VIPs 2 days of time in addition to 150 DDO Points in the near future. We will let you know when this work is complete.

    UPDATE2: The points have been granted. We are still working on the time.

    UPDATE3: Time has now been granted.

    The connection problems didn't disrupt me overly much. I think at least one full day got displaced. But, I am more curious as to what happened. Were there big problems?

    well. you said you worked on this, but not if this work was done or if it fixed the issues. i'd like a clear statement.
    also what about extending HC server by a week or so, would be much appreciated!

    2 servers per day starting next week sounds good. Also I would to say You need us and we need you its like a family thing so please note the you need us bit in future

    As much as we would love that the world always ran perfectly...it doesn't. **** happens and you just have to roll with it and do your best.

    Just happy you are all working on it and that I'm able to play the game I've come to love so much.

    I'm just picturing your guys office calls these past few months:

    "Alright guys we're gonna work on the servers today it's not so bad only needs a few band-aids and tweeks. Should be up and going better soon."
