This is a variation on a previous (and more exotic) build. The core concept is a dual-longsword wielding centered monk with finishers and a touch of self-heal with empathic healing. There are obviously a variety of permutations possible. The two fighter levels are just for feats really. Dex is used for both to hit and damage, and by level 20 the Tier 4 cores will give extra crit powers at which point dual Oathblades would be equipped.
