Do you have the Falconry tree? That pretty much decides if you use WIS or DEX as your primary stat.

Then that simplifies things if we're sticking with old-school Shintao.
    Code:
    Jorasco Shintao
    Monk 20
    Lawful Neutral Halfling

We need INT 13 for Combat Expertise to take Whirlwind Attack, so I figured we might as well go to 14 for more skill points, even though this isn't really a skill-dependent build. Does one need the Dragonmark of Healing on a Shintao? Not really, but I like it. Tattoos are cool and Heal is always useful for an OH $#!%! emergency. If you're wary of starting STR 6 (too easy for Ray of Exhaustion to render you helpless), shift points from WIS to STR; you'll just use gear or APs to even it out anyway.

    Something like this: https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...R10-Monk-build

But you also have the option of WIS-based Henshin which saw its DPS boosted by the THF / Strikethrough changes.
