Instead of there being a constant debuff on self healing would it be possible to have it set so that it you take ANY damage at all you get a 10-30 second debuff that limits your self-healing until it goes away? Kinda like the Plague debuff but given to every mob.

This keeps the difficulty of not being able to heal yourself while in combat but removes the annoyance of have to wait as long during out of combat healing.

I know one could argue that resource management is "difficulty" but in a game where you can buy heal scrolls by the thousand that's a silly argument.

Also, would it be possible to have the death timer go away when there are no active monsters in a quest? Again, this doesn't affect difficulty, just
