Default 1st Barb build, need advice plse

    PL's 2 ftr, 1 rngr......... + 7 supreme tome..... ViP w/ lesser learning tome H&E.

My goal, high dps, high hp, not gear dependent. (least amount of clickies)

    Humans get the extra feat.

Dwarfs look better for more reasons?

Questions for dwarves, take the dwf axe in racial? and go swf or twf? Am I correct to assume swf w/ dwarven axes and get as high a crit multiplier as I can?

(I was told that arti/barb can get crits down to 15? Is this true?)

If I go dwarf, take the con for dmge?

I was going to go all in w/ a dwarf thf GS or GA (again the dwarf tree for GA) until I watched Chacka's video on a 2-man EDQ. Looks like he was swf w/ a dwarven axe?

Anyways. I need help with this. I plan to have 1 toon (17 slots) always in barb, but sonce last update for them I havent run one.

Any and ALL help will be greatly appreciated.
All airships have a galley with bacon cooking, most quests have bacon in the kitchens and dinning halls.

They do, that's why I asked how hey would compare to going thf vs swf w/ 1 dwarf axe. And the racial axe training.

I also have questions about how deep to go into dwarf racial tree. Is radiant force field dragon mark worth taking?

Also, armor. what are the trade offs for a barb using medium or heavy armor?

Help me people. Ive read the builds on the barb section.

Lots of ideas but little to no feedback as to whats better or not.

I'm heavily leaning towards a pure dwarf barb. I just some feedback to the pro's & cons. AND if going arti/barb is better?

Not asking you, more like piggyback to ask also.

One thing for sure I'll definitely go for con for damage, the problem is if I remember correctly it cost 10ap, but dont forget, to get top tier you need 15 ap, thats if you dont spend elsewhere, minimum level 4, just before level 5, which is to say you spend level 1 5 with pathetic damage.

From what I read on 2 builds, they waited until mid levels to put in those ap's.

    Back to a basic question.

    Thf, S&B w/ dwarven axe.

If thf great axe or great sword.

Im looking for maximum dps with minimal amount of feats used

Most of the builds you read dont kick in until mid level, because you dont get the goodies until level 15 or around there, epic bragging rights, neglect to mention how pathetic they are before 15.

You dump in con 20 and dont use it until level 15? Dont make sense.

Go swf, strength for damage.......which means make sure you take enough balance skill points as you lvl up.

Reason for swf (fast attack speeds, still gets thf bonuses for primary damage stat boost)

Strength for damage because if you go dwarf and use con you still have to boost strength for to hit, save your AP for better barb dps options (if you go dwarf.)

That is the simple answer without splits, 20 barb.

If you can fit in knights training (https://ddowiki.com/page/Knight%27s_Training) decide what will work best with the weapons you have available or plan to farm.
