Default Two-weapon fighting with two-handed weapons

Maybe half-orcs and dragonborn can get a feat that allows them to dual wield two-handed weapons. Of course, you would have to qualify for two-weapon fighting as normal and have a high enough strength score to handle two greataxes at once—one in each hand! You could also have another feat or enhancement to get or increase glancing blow attempts and damage.

There's a P&P feat called Monkey Grip which let's you treat 2H weapons like regular ones. No racial restrictions on it though, so if you want a gnome barbarian with dual greataxes, go right ahead.

But the devs never showed any interest in adding it, probably for game balance reasons. Let's not take away 2H builds' last advantage by dual wielding eSOSs.
