Of everyone reporting this issue on Mac, are you on the older native Mac Client or the beta wine client?

Just gathering info to identify the issue.

(If you don't know what I am talking about you are almost certainly on the native Mac Client. You can find the beta wine client here)

For what it's worth, I downloaded the update on my MacBook Air (running Mojave 10.14.5), and although it patched the client fine, when I went to log in, it immediately crashed to desktop after I selected my server.

I am using the newer Wine client.

I can report that the Mac client crashed on my MacBook Pro also. I can submit the crash log if it will help.

Angry How about Mac people not getting the shaft...

The BETA Mac Client, can't believe after what 8 years, is still designated Beta.

My MacBook Pro started stating to me that the client needed updating to be more compatible several patches ago, and I'm sure every other Mac player has seen the same message after installing a new expansion, or a patch.

The graphics glitch, which occurs approximately after 45 mins to an hour of playing, has never been fixed. Our only recourse is to logout and log back in to fix the graphics, and that sucks... at least we don't lose all of our buffs when we do that anymore.

The Mac Client needs to be addressed once and for all; we are NOT second class players; and we pay a lot of money to play this game.

Right now, every Mac player is upset because we are all crashing on the second loading screen after login. We deserve every bit as much attention to our client as PC gamers do, but we're not getting it.

Please fix the problem that is happening after today's patch, and after that, once and for all, finish whatever needs to be finished on the Mac client so that we aren't eventually forced out of the game due to the client being no longer compatible with any fully updated Mac.
