    6. When reaper came out they initially said they were nerfing displacement based player defenses (concealment) on reaper, but never said by how much. So 50% displacement on elite from displacement on a player is less than 50% on a player in reaper.

    Now that reduction will also apply to ghostly, monk incorporeal, and PM incorporeal, so they will not provide full benefit in reaper.

    9. Reapers will scale into higher CR (Challenge Rating = levels) with more hit points like monsters do. On live they have lower hit point scaling than monsters, which makes them really fast to kill at higher levels (CRs), especially in epics. Now they will take longer to kill, despite the changes to damage penalties.

    12. Reaper is supposed to be a group challenge setting including an organizational challenge element, so they are penalizing soloists and duos. It was never intended to be a solo setting. Before they didn't mind players soloing it, and accepted some well-built characters would solo it. Now they are actively discouraging soloing it, and disabling how it is solo completed (tree builds, charms, mana globes, and 100% boss avoidance).
