    Default worst customer service i have ever had

    cant get anyone to answer me as to why i am hitting a wall trying to log into game impossible to get any customer service to help

    Are you VIP? CS does not guarantee fast service to non-VIP (read ToU).

    However, if so, hard to say what's up, and on which end. I do know that the tickets are not the user-friendliest, so can easily be mis-routed to some black hole where they are not viewed very often.

    I'd try PM'ing CS via these boards - I've had good luck w/ that w/ serious time-critical problems.

    yes im a vip ive been a vip for years these guys cant even answer a simple damn question

    even after reinstalling game it still gives me a error cant connect to server
    i give up guess ill have to cancel my vip status and leave the game forever
    you all suck at customer service

    found out its just my account that is locked for what i do not know why im blocked i can load in my sons account but not mine
    you peoeple just suck

    So you got locked out..... mmmmmhhhh I think we all know why...

    It appears that you have anger management issues. If the above response is your normal mode of operation, then it is not a far assumption that you acted the same way in game and got reported.

    May I recommend a nice walk around the park, notice the nice wildlife.... birds, squirrels,....people.... try saying nice things like “ Hello!” “What a wonderful day!” “Cheerio!” “How do you do?” Then go home and have a nice hot bath and a stiff cocktail. Hug someone.

    The worst customer service I ever had was at a Bob Evans restaurant. It was awful. I'm pretty forgiving of mediocre service at a restaurant because I know that it's a tough job and things happen, but this was really impressively bad.
