    Default Needle Soul

Ran this life from 15-30 as an iconic morninglord and FVS life. As usually this worked great in heroic reapers, although I was afraid it was going to lack going into epic levelling and most certainly end game epic reapers. This build actually worked very well even in mid and high reapers. And it has so much utlility it is a fun and useful build, so I thought I would share...

Revised 6/5/2019 based on feedback from droid. Note this build does require a lesser heart of +1 and you should take rogue at level 1 to get the full advantage of skill points. May be adapted to other races as well, however you will lose two clickies of a complete heal and restoration in rejuvenation of dawns.

Slight tweak...this setup gets you +2 sneak die, +3 damage to get your INT-to-dmg. If you got it through Harper instead, you'd get KTA as well, and that's probably a much better improvement to your DPS. Divine Will in War Soul doesnt work with ranged weapons regardless, and also WIS is not your primary stat. Move those points to Toughness, at least its something.

Also, since you're INT based (and thus not taking advantage of GoB/KoB) then you dont really need Divine Inquisition. You lose +3 dam/hit from War Soul since xbows arent Favored, but you can pick up 5% DS from Martial Inqui instead.

Also, again, since you're INT based (and I think I mentioned this in the other thread before you spun it off)...what do you get out of being FvS over Cleric for this build? Morninglord needs to burn a +1 heart for this split, you dont get a Domain, and you're not really utilizing anything FvS specific. Just the FvS life, like you said at top? If someone's not after that, I think a Clr variant might be workable too - worth mentioning.

For Twists (with the caveat that EDs are currently on the operating table), I'd recommend Sense Weakness, Pin, Cocoon, Extra AB, and Lithe from Shadowdancer...that'll let you run with Light armor and still keep Dodge bonus uncapped by your MDB. Pin is a tremendous single-target damage booster, especially paired with Sense.

All points noted and appreciated. I cannot say I can argue againt any one of them and think they are all constructive feedback.

Also I agree cleric might be a better fit, but yes I needed a favored soul life. And Amorelling Strike is certainly an awesome way to self heal without even thinking about it but yeah it does cost a lot. I think a radiant servant version would accomplish a lot more and provide even more utility.

Here is a cleric version for comparison purposes. I agree this is overall a better build and provides even more utility. You could even switch destinies an go full healer mode if needed for raiding.
