Default Ninja Capstone: how vorpal is the vorpal effect?

I'm curious about the ninja capstone: how vorpal is the added vorpal effect? Does it have all three attributes that vorpal normally grants a weapon?

    1. + 0.5[W]
    2. + 100 damage on confirmed 20, 1000 < target hp
    3. + snicker-snack kill on 20, target hp < 1000

And maybe some weird/buggy ones I could see happening depending on how they added the effect. These would only be noticed by those that have played with it a lot:

    1. increase existing vorpal to improved/superior/etc
    2. add yet another 0.5 to existing vorpal
    3. add an extra base vorpal 100/1000/ss-chance to improved/superior/etc

As I remember, the vorpal effect only works like 2 and 3. I don't think it adds the 0.5[W] to attacks like the weapon effect does.

Thanks -- that was my assumption, but too bad it doesn't at least do the 0.5W, too.

For some unknown reason I have a strong urge to make my mutt thrower pure and I keep on looking for reasons to do it. But, the advantages to a mutt are just too strong with only a little more DPS & SR for pure-bred.
