    Default If you have other family members - don't buy multiples of Season Pass - It's broken

    The order let me change quantity and charged me for more than one, but I only received 1 code and current ticket response time is 48 hours+ according to the help site.

    Learned this the hard way... But now I guess I have to wait and hope I hear from Support before the refund window closes. And we're missing Double Gold Daily Dice Rolls in the mean time. Joy.

    Sadly noticed this thread after buying multiple passes. I also received only one code

    We have now corrected this issue going forward, so future purchases will not experience an issue with buying multiple Season Passes in one transaction. Customer Service has already responded to many if not most of the purchasers who experienced this issue and contacted us, but if you have not, please send in a ticket to Account Support here: https://help.standingstonegames.com/...s/requests/new

    It would seem it has only become worse. Friend of mine bought two keys, has received 0.

    Sent in a ticket, only thing I have is a charge to my credit card

    I ordered two and received none. Just an email that said it may take 48 hours to "process". I did receive the credit card charge immediately though.
