    Question DC Item max ?

Elemental Bloom Effect: Any creature struck by this weapon must succeed on a DC 17 Will save or be paralyzed. The target may attempt a new save to end the effect every several seconds; otherwise the paralysis lasts for 1 minute. Certain creatures, such as the Undead and Constructs, cannot be paralyzed.............

since the DC is on the item itself are there any bonus's to increase this number ?

such as the tactical dc enhancements?

other equipment dc bonus that may stack?

since even though i use this with my spell-caster the effect is on the item not from an actual spell cast.
or am I misunderstanding DC and the ability to lower it as the monsters get higher in levels?

Is this item going to be useless at level 16+?

There's no way to increase the DC.
However, since it procs on each hit, and monsters can roll 1 on saving throws, it can paralyze monsters regardless of their save. Just less often (1 in 20 hits).
You could try debuffing the enemy (for example by decreasing its wisdom modifier). But it won't help much.

the weapon does that with bewildering -1 wisdom each hit.

how about Harper tree , know the Angel's? it adds +3 to tactical dc ?
or multi classing a fighter for the tree's tach dc buff?

none of that effects the item effect dc?

Correct. The enhancements that increase the DC of tactical stuff only increase the DC of your feats and enhancements. Unfortunately, nothing can increase the DC of the weapon effect. All you can do is debuff your enemies, such as bewildering. If someone in your party can cast Mind Fog or if you can use a fear effect to make enemies shaken, that would help.

Other than debuffs, speeding up your attack speed and doublestrike would help, since the more you hit with the weapon, the more chances enemies have to roll a 1 on their save.
