I agree with Kayalissa. In my mind, "False Advertising" implies an intentional attempt to deceive. One need not ascribe malice to a fairly obvious pair of goofs. If I were the one responsible for setting up such things, upon activation, a coupon for a Potion of Stoneskin would probably delete all your boots.

The only reason to use it is to cast it on other players who have clearly gone through a lot of trouble with cosmetic gear. The potion will not do that.
