Hardier than other Elves, many were raised in the most dangerous wilds where few others would date to go.
I assume this should be "dare".

Lol. This was corrected in the Lamannia notes, but apparently not carried over.

I cant help but notice that there wasn't a single dev comment on the monk changes in response to the many comments from players about the changes other than that from Cordovan. No indication that they'd tested the changes to see how far it had dropped monk dps in heroic/epic/reaper, no note of how it was tested (if it was), no discussion about possible compromise or something other than that god awful +1 to hit replacement.

You mean a discussion thread without any discussion?

    =D
You can run level cap quests for epic xp, but you can't run non-level cap quests for RXP when you're capped.

I am at a loss as to why handwrap fighting has been nerfed. My monk is pretty decent, but hardly a scene stealer, so who are these kung fu experts unbalancing the game? I can't find a thread about the change, so I'd appreciate a link.

Perhaps this is a mistake and you really wanted to nerf the Kensai throwers, who take ten times more kills than the rest of the party? How about my so-so archer who regularly does 120k damage on a shot? It's difficult, at times, to tell what Devs consider game breakers?

Well not much of an update really. 1 raid that's it...i don't consider mabar an update as it is content you can run for a couple of weeks a year. Would have like to see a few quests associated with new raid.

    Monk nerf.

Visiable cloaks don't add content to game.
Main toons: IronThatcher (Melee Ranger), Mehhh (DC Sorc)...pion of HS...zug zug

    Fast Update - great!

New Night Revels - great, especially BtA items (retrospective). Did you guys do something with that unbalanced ingredients drop from Night Revels quests?
Monk nerf - It's high time.
New raid - I don't like raids, but at least it some kind of content.
Cloaks - Great! I remember update to Neverwinter, with visible cloaks. It was great experience. I hope for the same here.
Wood Elfs - good to have another option in character creation. And IMO it's the best looking model in DDO (even better then Drows)
Sentinels of Stormreach update loot - great news (probably nothing changes from Lammania) mostly for new players.
Sorting character in main manu - Great QoL improvement, thanks (but we still waiting for bank update)
Other bug fixing and improvement - always welcome.

Overall good update, but lack of new content.

hey, its a great game with large fan base. devs dont need to listen to their players, they know what they doing..... NOT
just as an example... one of the reasons fortnite has such a huge success is cause they listen what their community has to say.
we dont have that here... we gonna "balance" things here

So the Falconry tree isn’t available for separate purchase with this update then?

At 8:30, there was an in game warning that "the servers will be down in 60 minutes." And just now, at 8:45, we got a 45 minute warning.

Is the actual downtime at 9:30?

I can agree with everything else you said but this, Since I bought Monk, its been nothing but nerfed not really 1 upgrade that lasts more then 2 months.

But what I'd like is the "LAG FIX" It's "High Time" in Requiro's words.
It's getting old dying in raids and quests due to the massive lag.

The Character Screen sort options has me more excited than I can say.

Now that is a really cool UI update. I've been getting lost scrolling through alts since going VIP, looking forward to sorting by last login to keep my main toons up top!

Too bad it wasn't the TR cache...… I am appreciative of the update though. Just as a side note, the combat log is in dire need of an upgrade. Getting 1 shotted and seeing that you only took half damage is really annoying. Also, isn't it a given that when you die you lose all buffs? (other than the ones that persist through death)
