    Default U38 Preview 2: Loot

    All of the items listed below can be found in the Test Dojo on Lamannia. They are sold by a vendor near the back of the Dojo just to the left of the section with the trainers.

    Below are the new sentient filigree which will have a chance to drop in all places that other filigree can drop (Ravenloft and U38 chests). In addition to the filigree below all previous filigree will also have a chance of dropping in U38 chests.

    • When 2 pieces are equipped: Your melee strikes have a chance to give you +20 MRR for 10 seconds.
    • When 3 pieces are equipped: Your melee strikes have a chance to give you +20 PRR for 10 seconds.

    • Fortification +25%
    • Fortification (Rare) +25% Fort & +2 PRR
    • Intelligence +1

    The helms are underwhelming.
    First they came for the Warlocks, and I did not speak out - Because I do not play a Warlock
    Then they came from the Monks, and I did not speak out - Because I do not play a Monk
    Hopefully next they'l come for the charmers, they're cheesy AF

    Regarding the helms, I don't see giving up relentless fury on the Executioner's Helm for non-caster types.

    It's an Equipment Bonus. It stacks with the Helms.

    iam kinda sad to see the helmets is enchament bonus +19, rather then insightfull +9, I would think ALOT of players would see this as a much better option and would be worth a swap in.. The items em self are okey. but if you are min-maxing. i doubt any of theese helms are worth it.

    There are 2 +19 Charisma items in Ravenloft already, plus the +20 Charisma raid trinket.

    Maybe make this one an Insightful Charisma bonus.

    I will kindly disagree, but I'm probably not a min/max person either. This is simply AMAZING to me. For my toons, this will allow me to get the helm for what I call the "Lost Attribute". It always seems like I can't fit an enhancement bonus somewhere, and this now solves the problem. On every toon I have! I am really pumped about these helms!

    As the author of the DDOBuilder app that allows loot to be used in the planning process, I would like to know how set in stone these items are so that I can get a head start of having an update ready when U38 goes live.

    If the items are likely to change between now and live I don't want to have to go back and do rework if I can avoid it.

    So are they likely to change?
