Why a Sentient Cookie of course... who speaks to you as you're eating.

"Ouch... stop eating me I say !!!" upon which he casts Legendary regeneration (heal over time buff) upon himself and his keeper.

Bite into him too many times and he summons a random/hostile "cookie monster" to punish you ...

Stone Giant cookie! It's BIG! And hard as a rock. If you manage to somehow break off and choke down a piece it gives you Stoneskin and +20 Strength for an hour! But after it wears off you suffer a -10 CON penalty for another hour due to a giant stomach ache.

(And also slime jelly cakes--they transform the cake eater into a slime for one hour and come in assorted types.)

a polymorph cookie that lets you assume any shape shift currently available when eaten. cosmetic only, so while you may look like a druid wolf or bear, you still keep your regular character attributes. would probably be usable only in common areas.

Seconded. Actually, my son was asking if we'd have Ravenloft cookies this year. He suggested a Gingerbread Twigblight that casts Splinterbolt or Spikegrowth.

I've always wanted to try a lembas wafer. And I figure, it's already a wafer... you can just call it a cookie. A lembas cookie.
