Default God of the Forge (Onatar Paladin)

The build is currently out of date.

    Hi everyone!

This is my first time posting a build to the forums and I am quite excited. I love DDO for character customization and so I always try to find new builds, ideas to enhance my playing. With recent changes to artificer and divines getting more deities - I came up with this build. Enjoy!
The idea/goal of this build is to use Warhammer + Rune arm with Single Weapon Fighting line, use medium/heavy armors for Defensive stance, have high trapping skills, have decent CC abilities and have really good doublestrike.
I have played this build from level 1 to 30 on my main (mostly on R1-6 with a group) and I have to say that it was a really fun experience. I don't solo, so can't say how the build performs in that perspective.

You would need to tell us why you chose this split. What do you expect to gain from 15 paladin vs 20 artificer? Just zeal and the deity feats?

How does this compare to the DPS of standard DDs such as rogues or rangers?

    And so on.

Welcome to the world of building, it is one of the best, if not the best, things of DDO!

I was doing my paladin lifes back then, game had just received new deities so I thought to do something fun and different It has been almost 2 years since I played and posted this build, so honestly I don't know how it would perform currently.

I remember going int based because I wanted to be decent trapper at cap and to use know the angles. The build was created before we received renegade mastermaker enhancement tree

Sorry, it has been so long that I don't remember what I was using back then

I will edit main post saying that the build is out of date. A lot of things have changed in 2 years and right now I don't have time to rebuild the idea I had back then. Thank you for the comments though, nice to see some attention
