I'll go with the obvious answer this week - Haunted Halls of Eveningstar. Why not have some company while you're haunting? Plus you can hang out with a dragon when there aren't any adventurers around to annoy.

I would haunt the bath house in Ataraxia's Haven cause:

1) other spookly places will be over crowded with hauntees.
2) I get to relax when taking a break from haunting
3) more impact on spooky as no one would expect it there.
