    What Security Text?! o.0

    Whelp, I removed my payment info in-game, so hopefully that'll prevent the recurring subscription charge. If not I'll be reporting it as a fraud charge to my CC company - DDO'h.

    ...uhm, I just visited https://myaccount.turbine.com/index.php to see this for myself... but the security text box and image are there for me. I do not know why they are not showing up for you. Browser incompatibility perhaps? Or a rare moment when your connection slowed down or died as the page was loading and the security text didn't load properly? I did notice that the security text image and box load last, so a slow or suddenly interrupted connection could theoretically prevent it from sowing up properly. maybe.

    Either way, I can see it fine, and I checked on my main computer, my laptop, and my computer at work. *shrugs*

    Nope, just checked. Still no security image.

    I use Firefox normally. Just checked in FF, IE, and Chrome. Still no security text box.

    It shows up just fine for me too. Are you using any kind of ad/script blocker? Maybe it is being overly aggressive?

    Try clearing your browser cookies and try again. This has been a sometimes-occurrence with Internet Explorer, depending on version number, but otherwise seems to be working consistently.

    Also, you can terminate your subscription in the in game store these days...
