    Out of 20 Planes, 14 have the possibility to have True Sight. Way too many, way too over punitive for low PRR toons.

    so much deathblock & true sight will make it tough on assassins

    You can run level cap quests for epic xp, but you can't run non-level cap quests for RXP when you're capped.

    The obvious intention is that we all roll Warlocks and Ranged toons.

    No other explanation for the abilities they are going with.

    Uncanny Aim (Champion always strikes true) This one kinda scares me, is this just AC ignore or all avoidance? So every defense is worthless but prr?

    Also agree too much true seeing. OK with most of the deathblocks, not sure why in fire.

    Fort bypasss seems coupled with other bypasses/big boost too often, that is a killer by itself. A mob should not get any other damage/hit boosters with this effect. I know you're going for thematic here, but they won't make a fun encounter they make a one shot.

    What I will add somewhere, maybe as additional buff:
    Deflect Arrows feat: 3xT1, 2xT2, 5xT3 (against Ranged)
    Resist: Pierce 1xT2 (against Ranged)
    Resist: Bludgeoning 1xT2 (against Monks)
    Resist: Force/Light 1xT2 (against Warlocks)
    On hit: Fire 1xT1, 1xT2 (just becouse you mised it)
    PRR bypass: 1xT2 (against Tanks)
    MRR bypass: 1xT2 (against Tanks)
    Guard (1d6): 1xT1 (against melee)
    Guard (3d6): 1xT2 (against melee)
    Guard (7d6): 1xT3 (against melee)

    Personally I'm fine with that. Characters running around with <100 PRR when any build can fairly easily get to 100 at a minimum are fine, but an unoptimized character to that degree shouldn't function in the highest difficulties.

    Noone runs with a PRR lower than 100, but they dont go much higher than that, hence Displacement and Blur are a good way to get some defenses in the highest difficulties.

    Giving TS to every champion only shift this game even more towards PRR, which we don't need.

    Aww man, dodge bypass. My godmode build isn't so god mode anymore.

    Also, mobs finally have dodge, outside of 1% from haste, meaning after five years Shadowdancer's Grim Precision's dodge bypassing might actually come into play for once.

    I bet there are too many True Sight just because this is the first pass, meaning the devs are for now just putting down anything they seem fit at first glance.

    This table will probably see a lot of tweaking over time, before and after going live.

    Let's make it really nasty, may only affect T3 though. Dispel magic on hit or even rarer a anti-magic field around champion. Would also be nice to see the minor fortification buffs as a possible combination to add extra challenge that has relevancy at all levels. Grease(full size) is also always welcome.

    just as fyi ... True Sight gives immunity to blindness.

    Thus spells like ... blindness, sunburst, sleet storm, holy aura, holy smite, power word blind just went out the window as did radiance weapons.

    I agree with above posters ... less Tier 1 True sight and moderate amount for tier 2 and moderate or more for tier 3.

    That's interesting. Does it work the same in the opposite way? As if the player has true seeing item he cannot be blinded? Or true sight buff is a brand new one different from the true seeing?

    The amount of memorization here is ludicrous on top of everything else in DDO.

    This would be fine in PnP or even in a standard turn based Computer Game where players have TIME to look it up! But in DDO we have at most half a second before the mob is on us!

    Severlin stated in the latest DDOCast that DDO is a knowledge based game but come on! Remember not all your Players have 130+ IQs and eidetic memories

    You will just learn by playing. It wont be hard to associate names and buffs, they did make sure it's easy to recognize them.

    This I'm not sure, but I did start casting true seeing as a buff to see if I get blinded. I'll update as I find out. The immunity to blindness is confirmed with both holy aura and borked sunburst spells.
