Wellllll, it was a long standing issue that persisted for so long that most people couldn't remember not seeing the warning, until roughly a year ago when it was fixed. We had a blissful certificate warning free honeymoon period that lasted until I think it was around the time of the datacenter move in March, and after that, the certificate warning came back again & has been with us since.

The issue appears to be an improper set of certificates. SSL security works by the server providing a chain of certificates from its top level certificate (listing www.ddo.com) back to a "root" certificate trusted by the browser. An analysis of the ddo.com certificate chain lists the following:

The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following Comodo's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform (use these instructions for InstantSSL). Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates.
The blinking Drooam "backpack" is NOT a party buff. But its fun to say it is.

It seems to have gotten fixed.

I get this problem every now and then on both a Samsung tablet and a Samsung Galaxy phone using Chrome. I clear the browser history, cookies, and cached images, then close and reopen the browser. Works every time after that, but it is annoying when it happens.
