    Default Healing spring question

After casting Healing Spring does it then move with your character or stay at its initial location?

Moves with your character probably isn't quite the right word.

When you cast it everyone in the area of effect gets a buff that last for the duration of the ability. At fixed intervals anyone with the buff will be healed no matter where they are.

This is one of the nice features on this ability, you only need the group to be together and in range at the time it is cast. This is sometime easy at the start of quests, but I usually try to recast when everyone is looting a chest (or at least catch as many as I can)

Works like any other AOE buff, such as haste. It is cast on the character, not a location. If a character is close enough to the spell, they get the buff for the duration.

Thanks for the answers. I cast it a few times and it created a circle on the ground, hence my confusion.

That's the range of the Area of Effect. Just like most other mass buffs, you get a visual of the range of the AoE.
