Maybe it's just my new outlook on life, but Glenn Yarbrough thanks you both. Honestly, I don't care. I'm so happy!

And yes, it's my new outlook. This post makes no sense in context no matter how one looks at it. I LOVE MY WIFE!

The newest computer can merely compound, at speed, the oldest problem in the relations between human beings, and in the end the communicator will be confronted with the old problem, of what to say and how to say it. - Edward R. Murrow (1964)

For the non regulars, this is just a thread without major forum drama to hang out and relax. Shoot the breeze, talk game/s, etc. All are welcome and always have been.
Alrighty.... I got the memorable nab
well technically not a nab, but the immortalised last post nab all the same, and frankly with the slowness of the forums that day I was thinking we sure did break the place

is there any chance the old thread could get a link to it in your opening post here?

I mean, I know the Powers feel like it was necessary, and what's done is done. I counter the bit about 5200+ pages with the fact that we had passed 5200 pages back on Feb 6th. That's 5 1/2 months ago, and that just caused a problem now?

I keep trying to remind myself we recovered after the great forum purge of '07. But it doesn't feel like home again yet.

CDism: Bad enough that most of my RL 'stuff' has been stuck in storage since '07 - now my online 'stuff' is too. *sigh*
don't fret buddie, just remember what Hazel posted earlier... we managed to break the forums (allegedly - love that bit jerry )... thats kinda a cool and worthy feat in itself and something i'm ok disappearing over.
speaking of dissappearing, I've had that happen in Star Wars Galaxy, My main character I had spent several years role playing was destroyed and deleted and remade into a new class when the NGE was rolled out. This dosn't feel the same as that experience, probably because you're all still here and we will survive

Because I just had to post this for the spirit lifter, and thanks to you guys I now can (aka advise in old thread)

Okay, once upon a time I knew the magical spot to touch to get a list of all the posters in a thread. Has that access been removed, or have I just gotten that senile?

Was trying to get a final count on the old thread.

    Smile Thanks for the well-wishes!

Hi! I'm Erythina, Sebastianosmith's bride. He told me about the outpouring of well wishes we received when he shared the news of our nuptials with the Cupcake Muskateers, and I just wanted to pop in and say thanks to everyone

    THE 3D PRINTER IS DONE!

    oh man, it feels good.
just have to fix an issue with the melting of the plastic, and it'll be fully operational.
