    Legendary Celestial Sapphire Ring is a good solution, but you have to slot artifact in neck to use that - gonna use that rather than littany. I think this will be my gear set - still need to confirm the upgrades will work, but it seems about the best I can do with Sharn gear tetris - although it takes customizable slavers to make it all work. I intentionally left out too hot to handle raid gear since I just not seeing those posted on lfms yet. I can't believe I could squeeze wisdom in there for mass frog.

    My guildy kronovere is running a slightly lower DC ES enchant build that runs legendary pendant of the azure sky and the cha minor artifact ring + legendary scion of fire level 30 feat as a tiefling scoundrel and stuff just melts on R5. I am going to offer up his ES enchant build as a variant for people that want more of a dps focused build with enchant - and the great thing is enchant dc requirements are lower.

    Note I am listing completionist, past life racial etc. A few DC difference won't make or break the build but I include these for completeness and I don't have everything on the list myself. I would try to get 3x past life half elf, tiefling and dragonborn for the +3 Cha and 3 racial AP as it's a reasonable return on investment. The reaper investment to get all DC, spell pen and charisma is high, but you can get the bulk of it for 14 ap if you need to spend some points in the defense tree for hp.

    The DC increase from past lifes is only 3 so this build is possible without all the past lifes. The only catch would be spell penetration - if you don't have past lifes wizard and/or favored soul you likelly want to dump spell pen entirely and rely on web/tentacles against spell resistant mobs.

    Note on spell DC: With all schools you can use Momento Reaper's Potency and Tainted Spellcasting for a quick bonus of 5 to DC. I use this frequently.

    Default U42 Update

    The build is updated for U42. There are 2 alternate builds I wanted to post for people that prefer a max DC 10 skull necromancer and for an ES enchant/blast build - both of which are really strong with U42. I posted 2 alternate builds, but the build I am running which is a very solo-capable balanced DC/DPS/Survivability build is posted in the original post:

    Highlights of U42 improvements
    - Swapping to tiefling for race and fiend for pact - going full dark side with U42.
    - Hurl through Hell added to instakill rotation which is especially helpful for U42 content having many death-immune enemies - most notably constructs and of course raiding
    - Swapping from base force damage back to base evil damage (based on light) due mostly to legendary resplendent fury orb
    - ability to bypass fire immunity with tiefling and cause vulnerability to other enemies
    - DC increase of 6
    - More spell penetration available but I opted to instead lower my spell pen slightly for more dps with empyrean magic and tiefling bonuses
    - Significantly higher crits for both light and fire (87% light and 80% fire with fully charged empyrean magic stacks)
    - Signifcantly higher light spellpower boosting base eld blast damage due mostly to the orb, but also the cloak and set bonus
    - Significantly boosted mass frog dc making it useful for more than constructs and undead.

    It's always something I consider, but I decided to take past life wizard instead.

    past life wizard benefits devour the soul, wail, mass frog, eld blast, howl of terror and mass hold by 1 compared to heighten. It's neutral for finger of death, finger of death sla, hurl through hell and death to undeath. The only spells I use frequently that benefit from heighten are tentacles (-1 compared to using heighten), flesh to stone (-1 compared to us heighten) and web (-3 compared to using heighten), but web/tentacles always seem to work fine for me without heighten and web is expensive with heighten. I don't think the -1 to flesh to stone is a big deal - I try not to use it on high fort enemies so it usually works.

    In general heighten is a bigger deal for sorcs/wizards where the max spell level is 9 and they have many more spell that benefit from heighten.

    Heighten on a bard or lock kind of a waste not a wiz/sorc only like 2 levels max

    On the Blaster version - why not use a LGS +35% spell crit damage item rather than the gloves with hamp? Is hamp that needed?
    Also, do you still feel Ruin/GRuin and Arcane Pulse are worth it even with the ability to make all mobs take fire damage?

    A bit sad that Slavers gear is still "needed". Refarming that is a pain.

    For drac lives i do have a magma max fire power club w insightful con, fire crit multiplier gogs, ash ready to go, along with the lantern ring, resonation

    Might even be able to do some half decent dps up to r5 if you go full dps spec just for etrs

    I think you are both right - if focusing on a blasting dps build go full-in including LGS fire crit damage item and every last ounce of dps in gearing - and probably TS capstone for more crit damage. I think blasting warlocks are back with Sharn due to the higher crits and spellpower in general. I agree with mr420247 the ceiling is R5 for pure blasting without other DC support, but even running primarily a DC-first caster I find dps still relevant in R5 (Energy Burst, Ruin, etc.). Certain things like iron golem red names suck to face on this build and I would prefer to be on a melee for that fight, but I can get through it with a little more time.

    talking like max cha dcs and 5k hp i saw it in action its pretty good

    I've been considering trying ender set on Randowl as I don't think it would change my feats and I already have the LGS pieces - But I have to give up so much to do it. I am temporarily running the build on 2 characters (randlen and randowl) in prep for the 12 new etr lifes. 36% more hp isn't going to get me to 5000k hp- this sounds like a tanky warlock ender build in US/ES. It will obviously be survivable, but the real question is what do I have to give up for 5 lgs pieces and will this help me solo faster? There are only a few places where I feel squishy on R5 against a boss @ 2300 hit points and I work around that by being more mobile in those fights or finding a safe spot.
