The flameblade is considered an unarmed attack, so, like the the druid animal form attacks, improved critical: bludgeon applies to it.

Not true unless your in animal form

If your using them outside of animal form they are IC slashing

In either form they will be effected by Scimitar enhancents

No, they're considered ki weapons, which means you remain centered with them on a Drunk. In humanoid form, they're affected by the same feats as regular scimitars (i.e., IC:Slash, etc.).

Note that if you take the druid past life feat but don't have scimitar proficiency (eg. as a pure monk), despite being centered with them you still won't actually be proficient & will suffer the appropriate penalties.
I don't mean to come across as unsympathetic - but I am, so I do.

I could have sworn early dev posts said they were considered unarmed, but yes they do use IC: slashing... once you move (when first summoned they appear as unarmed).
