    Angry Cannot log into server for 2 weeks with no help from wb/turbine

    so i have played this game since april 2008. my main toons are jediimaster/yoduh/darrth. i am encountering the searching for login server attempt 1 of 20, etc, then it disconnects. turbine has no live techs to help paying customers and it takes them forever to reply by e mail. i have been more than patient with them and they have failed to get me into the game. does anyone have any experience with this problem that can help me?

    This sounds very familiar, but I can' quite recall for sure. Seems like it might be an issue where the firewall is preventing the client from contacting the gamesite. You might check those settings.

    i even called the mother company warner brothers games and they now have me "escalated"....the tech there has no access on any ddo or lotr games they MUST go thru the "turbine" call center.
    what a load of utter BS.

    I agree with the above post - it sounds like a change in your system is preventing you from connecting.

    Have you checked the firewall settings? What virus software do you use?

    Let me add, calling a US company on Friday after 6 p.m., isn't likely to get you live support for DDO. The game does not have 24/7 phone support.

    Try reinstalling game.

    That often fixes a lot of things like corrupt files, akimai vs pando etc etc conflicts etc etc

    I also would recommend to check your firewall.
