    Default Quick question re:Fate Points

Aside from any other reasons to max out a destiny, does going past the 4th rank of a destiny count as being a complete level for fate point determination?

    Or is it pointless?

    Thanks

You mean 4th rank of level 5 in each destiny? No, maxing the xp for it does nothing except give you a sense of completion and accomplishment (if it matters to you at all ).

EDIT: As far as fate points are concerned, there are only five levels per destiny, or a total of 60 ED levels for 20 fate points, plus two from a tome of fate.

No, maxing the XP does not make the destiny count as lvl 6.
It is still required for epic destiny feats, of course.

Filling up a sphere has a few advantages:

    - to ETR you need 6 Million destiny in a sphere.
    - ED feats require either 1 or 2 destinies in a sphere to be completely capped

Several characters on Sarlona all starting with "Rand" in the Guild "Guardians of House Cannith". My main four characters are Randowl (18 rogue 2 artificer mechanic - hope to go back to DC casting some day), Randslar (Bard 14 / Fighter 4 / Rogue 2 Swashbuckler), Randek (Druid CC Caster 17/Fvs 3) and Randomall (Rogue 20 assassin).

    Thanks all.

Knew about needing it for the Epic destiny feats and ETR just wasn't 100% positive about if it counted towards a FP.

Didn't think it would but figured it was better to check.

    Cheers
