    What? How?

Waterworks Slayer is Max Lvl 6!

Waterworks Quests are 3,3,4,4 OR 5,5,6,6 on Elite!

So how did a Lvl 5 mess anything up exactly?

I think you need to tell what the problem and error messages was. I've never had any problem.

How exactly could a lvl 5 in the group be stopping people from getting inside the quest? I regularly do that chain at lvl 5 and I've never had any trouble.

AFAIK, the only restriction on being able to enter a quest is that you can't enter unless you're at most 4 levels lower than the quest. Obviously that only applies to WW if you're trying to do the second half of the chain on elite with a lvl 1 character. Lvl 4 and 5 characters should have no trouble at all.

Had a wierd problems the other night.
See an LFM up for eVoN1 with a couple guys on the TR train I'd run with the previous evenings.

They had just hit 20 , I hit 20 a day or so before. Another 21 or 23 in the party.
    We all try and enter
"One of your party doesn't meet the requirments"
Wierd , Ok we wi try VoN3.
    No dice , same message.

Long and short of it I was somehow bugging things out. Had to drop group , have me open and enter solo then put the lfm up and have everyone else enter.

I had a similar issue in that a level 14 and 15 (I believe) couldn't get in to join the rest of the party in a favour run of the Snitch last night.

    Same error message as well.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time the in-game bug reporting tool is down.

What you are describing is very common. When someone hits level 20 and are leading the group it is often a good idea to log out and back in or this has a chance of happening.

There is a bug reporting tool here in the forums. If you go to the top of this page next to 'game download' is a button that says 'Bug Report'.

Was the lvl 5 an arti or druid and had he leveled up his dog? If the pet was too low lvl it will prevent certain quests.

You sure? Is this only in groups with other players? Because I could bring in my L1 pet into L8 quests when I was 6 Rgr/1 Arti on this current life, when I was soloing...
