    Angry Missing item after TR

    I've just TR'ed a character with an unopened Raider's box. After TR'ing this is not
    in my bank or re-incarnation cache.

    As per usual, In-Game support closed my ticket without even talking to me
    suggesting I file a bug. I've filed a bug but the email says that QA can't
    help with in-game character issues.

    How do I get this missing item restored to me?

    Try another ticket and hope for a better gm call customer service maybe but I know people usually have trouble getting items restored. I wish you luck though.

    Thanks for the reply. I've opened a ticket via the support website.

    I have to say that GM service has been terrible of late. Every ticket I've logged has been immediately closed
    with a boiler plate response.
