    Because they are not haunted.

Definitely the Haunted Halls. Not many things are more of a deterrent for break-ins, than a corpse pile, on the other side of the front door.

Haunted Halls for sure. You'll never get lonely and besides, Dwarven Ruins are very stuffy

I would have to say the Haunted Halls, because it seems like it would be easier to carve out my own niche there. I wouldn't want to compete with dragons of any sort for a place to live... and I think the Halls would be cozier (smaller corridors).

Really think I would rather live in the Dwarven Ruins. So much cool stuff to find and ale around every corner.

I don't want to live anywhere near a Shadow Dracolich. Never know when they might show up for dinner. So, Haunted Halls for sure.

Haunted Halls...All the ale in the world couldn't convince me to live next door to the civilization-destroying dracolich.

Haunted Halls. I mean seriously... dwarven ruins? Too low ceiling to begin with, and now it's fallen down, too? No thanks.

Dwarven ruins, because who would like to live in some haunted halls anyway?
