So, I've got a multi-classed rogue with Dagger spec. Not going with Assassinate because he's multi-classed and his INT isn't anything special (STR build).
I'm sorting through the dagger choices available for later Heroics and, really, Epics. For lower levels, Guardian of the Liturgy look amazing, paired with maybe a Brilliance GS dagger, and occasionally an Ancient Vulkoorim dagger for GH. Maybe a Polycurse dagger for the lulz.
But at Epics, I'm a little more uncertain. Agony looks nice but I don't have one so he'd have to work towards it. Epic Phiarlan Spy dagger also looks really nice, and I don't see people mention it much, but the Drow Weapon Master daggers look nice (if you can use the +10 to get Trip or something to a high enough DC that its worth using). They're all strong, but none of them really jump out and say *you're an idiot if you're not using me*.
The one, however, that people talk about the most and I don't entirely get is the Sacrificial Dagger. The damage doesn't seem very special and don't mobs recover from stat drains really quickly on Epics? I assume its the level drains. Is it really that useful? Do monsters not recover from it really quickly like they do stat drains? I'm perplexed.
