Default Need some help with a Cleric build

Have a x2 past life Clr, 36pt for this new life, (he's been sitting for almost a year unplayed)
Want to be a solid heal bot, with nice dps BB
*Not sure if adding a splash for monk in there or stay pure.
** I dont normally run outside the guild to much, but don't mind jumping in a lfm if they need a healer. Just
not a top end EH is my safety zone for this class only.

Want to use the Iconic Sun Elf (because its there)
Has +4 tomes on all stats,

Not sure about starting stats or feats to reach my goals. Any helpful input welcome.

    Thanks all.

For a standard heal-bot with nice BB dps , you only need to get as much Wis as possible for spellpoints and DC, nice Con to stay alive high Cha helps give you more turns (auras and bursts). Then get some nice gear or items to improve your force (BBs) and healing spells. If possible, skill points into Spellcraft to help your BB dps. My wife likes to drop her BBs and use the Sunburst from the Divine Disciple enhancement to blind everyone.

My wife and I have only played pure clerics with heavy armor, so I can't say if it is worth splashing monk in there or not. For feats we go for the standard maximize, empower, quicken, mental toughness etc..
