    From what has been shown, it seems to be that the Devs are purposely doing this.
    Weapons that do damage primarily from its base damage favors very large hits from stacking every possible multiplier. (5x Crits * 4x Multishot * 4x Adrenaline Overload Bonus = 80 x damage)
    It's a technically a nerf to Monkchers by buffing everyone else's damage by 50-100% using a mechanic that totally ignores critical multipliers and adrenaline overload 300% bonus.

    These weapons seem to be doing their damage primarily from elemental procs ~ 130 dmg per hit.

    20 Dragon's Edge
    75 Burning Emptiness
    ----------------
    130 Fire Damage Per Hit on a 15-20/x2 Weapon

    It is in the Alpha stage remember, but seriously all weapon/shield types need to be added. Pigeon holing us into a few kinds of weapons is awful design.

    I would like to see, some "fresh" effects to the loot other than on hit that damage or on vorpal that other damage. I don't know, i would like to see something like: on hit you gain +1 strengh for 2 secs (stacks 5/10... times) and on vorpal you gain 5 or 10 (stacks and duration in the same way as the others). That would be fun, would add damage and aid to the tacticals DC... its an example but always add damage is boring...

    Even if it works out to being SLIGHTLY better . . . it's still a waste of time do to the (I'm assuming) high minimum level.

    Who stays at cap these day? The game is ETRing for the foresable future. You get way more utility off of min-level 23 stuff.

    If they lower the ML on the Weapons to 26, then they are just as bad as Greensteel. I am curious in the acquisition rate for the scales, even at the place holder values

    They either need to lower them to 23, or make them 5 times better.
    Otherwise I wont bother with it, just like I didnt bother with house c raids.

    I have friends who have many toons they don't eTR, or are fast enough at it that they stay at cap for a while afterwards. Plus its new content that we get to run.

    Cap is also expanding to 30 later this year(hopefully).

    Also not everyone likes the grinding that is epic TR.
