I wondered what would happen if I turned in 500 gold coins instead of 100?
-> One result is that now I have a lot less gold Festivult coins
My question...how do you get 500 gold coin? I quest a good 20 hrs per week and have only gotten about 6 or 7 gold coins since they started dropping earlier this month.
There are no coins in Forgotten Realms. I've been hitting Ebberonian stuff hard for coins.
Thank you for giving me all of those gold coins! Happy Festivult!

Oh yes, I know who's been naughty and nice...and lawful and neutral and chaotic and...
Thanks for taking the time to track that. I love it when folks can provide good data sets like this.
Annnndddd... I'm glad I've been selling the coins on the AH. 500 gold coins for a dwarven thrower and a purified dragon shard? Either you've got rotten luck, or the turn in rates are just awful. Probably the latter.
What is the best item anyone has received this year? Anyone get anything better than a dwarven thrower?
Any1 can report any other special item rewards? Are there any astral shard awards in there? Can only hope.
woot a point code nice! good enough reason to turn in methinks.
The idea of mo chests is an incentive.
I also suck at The Pit and Spies in the House.
For the Pit, there is a 3-D map that really helps (the rest of this Guide may also be useful). The Security Center Puzzle Wheel settings are very handy to have, though they are on the columns at the bottom level of this area. If you solo to learn the quest, a hireling helps to turn the air jet valves in the Third Furnace. The furnace levers (one per furnace) are up in the pipes, you can find them with your select object key to help plan your route.
Spies in the House is another climbing exercise. Beware of the electric floors. My first time or two were a bit frustrating, now it is a lot easier.
