Asks for nerfs monthly, then wants EE to be the best source of coms.

Needs to take his own advice and Stop Decreasing the Incentives to Run Epic Elite

I did wonder in one quest, that how exactly does a barkeeper boss get 150,000 HP when hes a frigging barkeeper??? There's so much sill stuff going on in EE that just makes it take too long to complete. The only incentive to running EE is simply to show that you can, or if you are masochistic and enjoy watching party members constantly dying.
    Blatantly FALSE.

All my posts are trolled by autocorrect and the edit button not working on smartphone browsers. That's also why I make multiple posts in a row instead of editing.

You might want to quit before you get in deeper. (friendly advice)

I pug EE on my gimped toons, as often as I can find groups.

There are tons of other players that kick arse in EE without using the easy button builds and without having 60 past lives.

Yeah, that comment seems to be from the "read about it" and not "done it" ilk.

    Back to the OP topic.

Incentive? How about because it's fun? Because we can?

While I think the com issue still needs to be addressed, I will run EE as often as I can, just simply to play the game and have fun.

I still go back and run the old epic content simply to mix it up and it's a change of pace.

The above isn't remotely true on Thelanis... Not sure what your server is like but Draconic's are as common in EE as Shiradi's because of course a well built Draconic is putting out significantly more DPS. And the game is really down to mostly being multi-TR's. Also Melee's are common in EE, as are PM's...

Once again, there are hundreds of EE quests where DC casting hasn't changed since the level cap was 20... Don't fall for the Forum theory warriors constant "EE is only eGH and Stormhorns". I'll be honest I haven't run any Wheloon stuff Epic so I wont speak of that but I would suspect the lack of giants would mean lower fort saves at least.

    1) EE is playable on most builds in a PUG group if you are a decent player.

Playing a barb 9 ranger 9 fighter 2 purple dragon knight with mostly ML 20 old epics gear going into EE GH in a PUG group, complete easily, and I didn't die more than once or twice in about 9 EE quests.

    2) LOL @ Juggernauts, they aren't FOTM end game builds anymore. They are rather crappy now.

    3) I do think that EE should be the best choice for comms of valour, mostly because it is about 300% harder than EH.

    4) If you think that EE includes watching party members die constantly, you're doing it wrong, and you should reroll your account.

    Boo hoo?

Elite comms are raised, but apparently the system can't handle 100+. Bad coding, but hardly malice against EE.

Which doesn't seem to have stopped you from whining about it.

Epic Elite is the boring one. An endless field of Monkchers, Shiradis, and Juggernauts, because those are the only builds that work. EE has been tilted so ridiculously far up for the tiny fraction of top builds that if you're NOT in the top build, you're a complete piker. Trash hits (non-crit!) for 300 points? Well the only solution is to not get hit ever. So you either have to kite or stack the living hell out of Dodge/Displacement/Incorporeal. Number of viable builds drops as monsters get ever-increasingly preposterous amounts of damage and health. It stopped being fun a long time ago. I don't see it changing any time soon, because the amount of work involved (rebalancing all monsters, rebalancing all saving throws, nerfing the living **** out of Shiradi and Master's Blitz, fixing destinies that nobody uses, purging the game of all the lootgen +10 stat items, etc) is something that Turbine simply isn't willing to do.

I used to run EEs. But I stopped because of the pure tedium. EH is much more fun, varied, and interesting. As an added bonus, I don't need to worry about being insta-gibbed because I had a quarter second of lag and got critically hit through 150% fortification for 900 damage.

I mostly play epic elite on my main. He is a melee And is self heal, but built mainly for. DPS. It's not about the build, but more about strategy. I echo the cookie cutter ranged pewpew and caster builds get cheesy and unfun real quick, but most melee scan be EE viable if built and geared properly. It's not for everyone and it's something you need to build up for.

On a side note, who plays Juggs anymore? Since the EP so many builds offer so much more for soloing and especially in a party.

I play the quests for the content of the quests not just as an XP/min merry-go-round.

Again, blatantly FALSE, but nice try.

Stick to what you know about, showing off your leet solo skills in non-Epic Quests. So far, it is the only thing you have a clue about.

I regularly PUG EEs, (as in 30+ EE quests a week) and do not have any problems completing. At times you do see some people who are not EE ready, but as long as most are, it is easy. If most are not EE ready it can be much slower and many more deaths but still doable(just costing many more raise scrolls).

I think many people are building up EEs to be harder than they really are.

You just need to do some gearing. Max your A game destiny, get yourself some self healing, displacement clickies, ghostly item. Have at least 500 HP for a caster, 650 for a melee and an epic weapon and you're good to go. You'll do completely fine on most epic elites if you have a group of people with just those things.
And a group. But yeah, this^ mostly.

If trying to solo, yeah, you need an uber build, but I run EE stuff with guildies just fine with nobody running any uber builds, just reasonably solid and reasonably well played and geared. If you were hoping to solo EE on your pure 20 first life ranger with 11 ED levels and sparse gear well, yeah, that's not going to work unless you have pretty awesome mario skills.
